For this scholarship program, you must have a Honours (Highest Distinction) or equivalent at Bachelor’s level.

SINGA Scholarship Program

This award is from the Singapore Government for all international students from around the world who are seeking for MPhil, PhD degree programs. For this scholarship students who holds Undergraduate degree can directly apply for the Singapore International Graduate Award 2024.

Scholarship Coverage

• Total Tuition Fees are covered.
• The monthly stipend of S$2200 and it can be increased to S$2,700 after the passing of the Qualifying Examination
• One-time Airfare Grant of up to S$1,500*
• One-time Settling in Allowance of S$1,000*

You can directly apply for the SINGA Scholarship program. You do not need to apply separately for the NTU University.

Language Requirements

For the SINGA Scholarship at NTU University, you do not need to upload or submit IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, PTE, or any language Test. Yes, you can apply without them.
