Eligibility Criteria
General Requirements:
- Academic Enrollment: Applicants must be enrolled or have an official acceptance at a publicly accredited higher education institution in Germany.
- Academic Excellence: Demonstrated outstanding academic performance, evidenced by above-average grades in previous studies.
- Social and Political Engagement: Active participation in social, political, or community services that align with the values of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung.
- German Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the German language at a B2 level or higher is required.
Specific Requirements for Doctoral Applicants:
- Supervision: Confirmation of supervision by a university lecturer in Germany.
Application fee
There is no application fee for the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung Scholarship.
Note: The scholarship application process is separate from the degree application process. You must first apply for admission to a publicly accredited university in Germany.
