1. Academic Admission: Applicants must be admitted to a master’s degree program at Paris-Saclay University.
2. Age Requirement: Applicants must be 30 years old or younger during the selection year.
3. Student Status: Applicants must be “newcomers,” defined as: Students of foreign nationality who have been in France for less than a year for non-qualifying training or internships.
