Eligibility Criteria
- Be an International student
- Applicants must achieve a final portfolio score of 55 or higher (some programs require higher scores).
- Full scholarships are limited and only available if places are still open.
Application fee
There is no application fee for this scholarship.
Note: You do not need to submit a separate scholarship application, the scholarship process and the degree application process at HSE University are connected but not the same. You qualify based on your portfolio score or competition results, you are automatically considered for the scholarship.

How to apply
- Choose a Master’s Program
- Create an account on the HSE applicant portal and fill in your personal details.
- Upload all required documents and submit your application
- Once your portfolio is reviewed, HSE will assign a score and determine your scholarship eligibility.
