Benefits of the Scholarship
- Full Tuition and Educational Support Fees: The scholarship fully covers tuition and thesis support.
- Living Allowance: Scholars receive a monthly stipend of 15,000 baht to cover living expenses.
- Travel Expenses: The scholarship provides funding for a round-trip economy ticket between Thailand and the recipient’s home country. The maximum reimbursement is 20,000 baht per student for the most direct route.
- Miscellaneous Expenses: The scholarship covers visa fees, a one-time English proficiency test for graduation, and other necessary costs, up to 10,000 baht per student.
- Health and Accident Insurance: Scholars receive full health and accident insurance coverage during their studies in Thailand.

Eligibility Criteria
- Non-Thai Nationality: Applicants must not hold Thai citizenship.
- Outstanding Academic Record: Preference is given to students ranked within the top 20% of their class.
- SIIT Graduate Program Qualifications: Applicants must meet the admission requirements for their chosen Master’s or Doctoral program at SIIT.
- Strong Recommendation Letters: Two recommendation letters are required:
- At least one must come from an academic instructor or advisor.
- Referees must provide an official/professional email address (university, institute, or company email). Personal email addresses are not accepted.
- Good Health and Conduct: Applicants must be in good health and have good moral conduct.
- No Other Scholarships: Applicants must not be recipients of any other type of scholarship.
Application fee
There is no application fee for this scholarship.
Note: The degree application and the scholarship application are the same for the SIIT Graduate Scholarship. Applicants do not need to submit a separate application for the scholarship.

- Curriculum Vitae (CV): A summary of your education and work experience.
- Official Transcript or Current Transcript:
- For Master’s Degree: A Bachelor’s degree transcript with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- For Doctoral Degree: A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree transcript with a GPA of at least 3.50.
- English Proficiency Test (If Available): You can apply even if you don’t have an English test score.
- Citizen ID Card or Passport: A scanned copy.
