Eligibility Criteria for the Fully Funded Fulbright Foreign International Student Program 2025
- You need to live in the country you are applying from when you send your application.
- By the time the program starts, you should have the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record.
- You must be fluent in English, which means having a recent score of at least 550 on the Paper-Based TOEFL, 79-80 on the Internet-Based TOEFL (IBT), or 6.5 overall on the IELTS.
- You cannot have U.S. citizenship, and dual citizens are not also eligible
- Also, you can’t apply for programs with clinical requirements, like dentistry, medicine, pharmacy, or nursing. However, fields like public health and nursing administration are allowed.
