The Barcelona Graduate School of Economics is currently accepting applications for its fully funded master’s scholarship program for the academic year 2024-2025.
Candidates admitted to BSE, upon receiving an offer of admission, have showcased their capacity to excel in our challenging and intensive Master’s programs. The most outstanding individuals are eligible to receive financial support that encompasses either full or partial coverage of their tuition fees.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics Scholarships, candidates must meet the following criteria
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
- Academic Qualifications: Hold an undergraduate or equivalent degree with a minimum of 180 ECTS credits.
- Preferred Fields of Study: Background in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
- English Language Proficiency: TOEFL score of 90 or higher or IELTS Academic Test score of 6.5 or higher.
- Recommended but Not Required: GRE General Test.
It’s crucial to emphasize that fulfilling these application requirements does not automatically ensure admission. Candidates will additionally undergo evaluation based on the following admission criteria:
Exceptional academic record.
Strong quantitative skills.
Quality of reference letters.
Application Procedure
Here is how to apply for this scholarship
- Gather Materials: Undergraduate transcripts, diploma, passport copy, curriculum vitae (2 pages maximum), statement of purpose (700 words maximum), proof of English proficiency, and optional GRE General Test scores.
- Reference Letters: Two reference letters evaluating intellectual ability, research experience, motivation, group work capacity, and adaptability.
- Complete Online Application: Submit one application form for up to three program choices.
Note: There is a non-refundable application fee of 60€.
Admission Decision: Receive admission decision and financial aid offer within 4-6 weeks if seats are available.
