8 Fruits You Need To Stay Hydrated

Have you ever heard about dehydration? Let’s assume you haven’t, then I’ll dice it into bits like I do with the sweet apple I’m craving right now. (You know what I mean)

A lot of persons can not tell when they are dehydrated. It isn’t just about head aches or dizziness, there’s more. So how do you know when you need to be hydrated? Here are the few symptoms you will encounter:

  • The most common one is that you’ll feel thirsty.
  • You’ll have dark yellow and strong-smelling pee, I think another way to put it is that your urine will be concentrated.
  • feeling dizzy or lightheaded as if you want to fall
  • Heard of tiredness? You’ll feel as if you’ve or no strength in you
  • a dry mouth, lips and eyes may look pale
  • peeing little, and fewer than 4 times a day.

Mine is somewhat extra because I usually look a little bit emaciated from my face and neck, that’s my warning sign so I immediately look for the nearest place to get water. If this is you too, I’m here for you.

Let me teach you the method I’ve been using for a while now. I’m glad to tell you that it’s been helpful.

DRINK WATER!!!

Yes, put some water in that body every chance you get. But if you’re someone who is always forgetting that there’s something called H2O, please keep water beside you always. You can buy a fancy water bottle to help you. Then carry it around, even to your office. For better effects, you can slice bits of fruits in it to help your body.

FRUITS!!!

Do you know that some fruits have very high water content? This means you can substitute it for water sometimes; especially when you get bored with gulping down such refreshing liquid. You can either snack on them or make fresh juice without preservatives. So let us help each other with some fruits and their water content, are you game? Okay, let’s go!
