You are eligible to apply to Swedish Universities if you:

Are Citizens of English Speaking Countries: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or officially Recognized English-speaking country. Then IELTS is Not Required.
Achieved Previous Degree in English Language: for example, a 2-year bachelor’s degree and a 2-year master’s degree, in both the degrees English has to be the main subject.
Have an English Proficiency Report: Students who have completed their previous degree from the university where the language of instruction was in English and they provide a letter of English Proficiency.
Swedish kandidatexamen: If your Previous Degree is equal to the Swedish kandidatexamen then you don’t need an IELTS.
